Position: LPN Unit Manager
Location: Hadley, MA
Shift Timing: 8 Hour Day (Any 5 days in a week including EOW)
Hours per day: 8
Hours per week: 40
(14 Weeks) Contract with possible Extension
Blended Pay Rate for LPN UM: $2300/week
Documents Required:
Certificate - LPN state or Compact License
Experience Required - Required 6 months of LPN
AHA - BLS - Required
Fully covid vaccinated - Required
