BCBA - Contract

MedCare Pediatric Group is seeking a highly qualified, motivated, and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide, evaluate, and implement behavior therapy services to pediatric clients with a variety of needs.

Schedule

• Part-Time opening for Monday-Friday availability
• 10-20 hours per week
• Flexible schedule
  
  

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related discipline
• Current Texas license as LBA
• Currently certified by the BACB as a BCBA
• Minimum of two years' experience as a BCBA preferred
  
  

Job Duties

• Observe patients and conduct behavior assessments
• Formulate an appropriate treatment plan that is sensitive to clients’ cognitive, social, emotional, and sensory needs
• Develop individual plans to correct, maintain, or improve certain behaviors
• Monitor and evaluate client’s progress towards treatment goals and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Train and supervise BT/RBTs
