Medical Career Opportunity
At MedCare Staffing, Inc., we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join our team as a medical leader in outpatient care.
Outpatient Leadership Role
This is an excellent opportunity to work in an outpatient setting with full autonomy in a single-physician office. Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, with no weekends required.
Leadership Responsibilities
You will provide primary care to seniors with chronic conditions, seeing 12-15 patients per day. Additional support is available to ensure you can focus on delivering exceptional patient care.
Competitive Compensation Package
Our client offers a competitive salary package starting at $250-$300k base, plus quarterly production incentives. The electronic medical record (EMR) system used is eClinicalWorks.
No Pediatric Patients
For your peace of mind, our client does not accept pediatric patients.
Qualifications and Requirements
To be considered for this opportunity, you must have:
- A valid copy of your FL License
- A DEA certificate
- Two professional references
Managed Care Experience Preferred but Not Required
While experience with Managed Care/Medicare Advantage is preferred, it is not a requirement for this position. We welcome applications from physicians with diverse backgrounds and experiences.
Salary : $250,000 - $300,000
