Essential Job Duties:
The Home and Community Based Services Aide provides critical support and assistance with personal hygiene and household functions for individuals to remain in their own home.
- Observes and reports the client's condition to the Agency Director or Account Manager
- Notifies the Agency Director immediately in case of incidents or accidents
- Assists clients with essential tasks including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Provides or assists clients with essential transfers
Requirements:
- Six months experience in home care preferred
- Successful completion of a competency evaluation
- Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle or public transportation
- Current CPR certification
