Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional service and support to ensure a positive experience in our chiropractic clinic. You will assist with various administrative and clinical tasks, contributing to the smooth operation of the practice while fostering a welcoming environment for our patients.

Duties

• Greet and check in patients as they arrive at the clinic, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere.
• Manage patient scheduling, including appointments and follow-ups, utilizing clinic systems effectively.
• Handle phone inquiries with excellent phone etiquette, addressing patient questions or concerns promptly.
• Assist with patients exercises or passive therapies in office.
• Support chiropractic staff during patient treatments by preparing treatment rooms and ensuring necessary equipment is ready for use.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient clinic operations and high-quality patient care.

Skills

• Strong patient service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Proficiency in clerical tasks, including data entry and record management.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems such as Chirotouch is a plus.
• Excellent phone etiquette for effective communication with patients and insurance providers.
• Previous experience in a chiropractic, dental clinic or front desk environment is advantageous.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
