What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Mechanic position at Medford Multicare Center?
Ensure the maintenance schedules are followed as outlined for respective shift or area.
Report all accidents/incidents to your supervisor.
Coordinate daily maintenance services with nursing services when performing routine assignments in resident living areas.
Other related duties as may become necessary or as may become necessary or as directed by your supervisor. department director, and/or administrator.
Agree not to disclose assignment or user ID code and password for accessing resident/facility information and promptly report suspected or known violations of such disclosure to the Administrator.
Follow established fire safety procedures.
Attend and participate in annual facility in-service training programs (OSHA, TB, HIPAA, Abuse Prevention, Safety, etc.
