We are a Medical Supply Company hiring a Customer Service Rep/ Billing Assistant to join our team! Looking for an energetic, organized and efficient person with excellent people skills who enjoy helping others. Hours are Monday-Friday 9am - 5pm. No weekends.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Customer Service
- Verify insurance eligibility, obtain required documentation and process orders
- Work with physician offices, patients and healthcare professionals to obtain necessary billing documentation
- Assist Billers in getting the required information needed in order to bill the insurance companies
Qualifications:
- Excellent work ethic and multitasking ability
- Great communication skills
- Knowledge of Brightree software a plus
- Bilingual a plus
- Responsible
- Pay based on experience
