Medi-Rents & Sales, Inc. is in search of a Medical Documentation Specialist for our Baltimore location. This position will entail Medical Documentation Specialist , data entry of patient information, printing and faxing physicians orders to be signed by the ordering physician along with CMN's and Prior Auths. Secures complete documentation to ensure payment for DME services that have been provided. Will contact and follow-up with doctors and other clinicians and individuals. Independently troubleshoots and resolves complex documentation issues to completion on a daily basis. Experience with HCPCS codes and medical coding required. The ideal candidate must possess the ability to handle a fast pace work environment, have the ability to multitask and be a team player. Must be very assertive but friendly on the phone.
