The ideal candidates must personally live a healthy and fit lifestyle, have basic to advanced nutrition and exercise knowledge, as well as experience in clinic management.
About the Role
We see this individual as someone who is proficient in ALL aspects of our company. These roles include, but are not limited to : front desk / reception, medical assisting, nutritional counseling, clinic management, lead management, insurance benefit verification and claim submission.
This individual will oversee the implementation and administration of all policies and procedures of the clinic including : clinical, financial, operational, personnel, and administrative. The environment is fast-paced and the position is multi-faceted. You must be able to provide the highest level of customer service at all levels of the operation while meeting or exceeding clinic sales and goals as set by the company. It is imperative that this individual be detail oriented, bring new ideas on how to improve efficiency and overall production, and constantly have a willingness to help anywhere and everywhere needed by our 6 locations.
Essential Job Functions
Managerial :
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate both over the phone and face-to-face.
- Maintain operation standards according to the company’s defined KPI (Key Performance Indicators) benchmarks.
- Coach staff on performance and professional development holding all employees to the highest standards of operational excellence.
- Utilizing a “hands on“ approach in upholding company policies and standards regarding clinic operations, cleanliness and staff duties.
- Pay close attention to detail, be well organized, be able to multitask, prioritize responsibilities and have the flexibility to work a variety of roles to ensure the job is done in a timely manner.
- Identifies any issues or problems regarding clinical / operational policies, service levels rendered or personnel; develop and implement any appropriate corrections, adjustments and solutions
- Always thinking on a “Proactive” vs “Reactive” level
- Be able to travel to all 6 locations
