About the Role
As the manager of a Medi-Weightloss clinic, you will oversee the implementation and administration of all policies and procedures of the clinic including : clinical, financial, operational, personnel, and administrative. The environment is fast-paced and the position is multi-faceted. The Manager must be able to provide the highest level of customer service at all levels of the operation while meeting or exceeding clinic sales and goals as set by the company.
Essential Job Functions
Managerial :
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate both over the phone and face-to-face.
- Maintain operation standards according to the company’s defined KPI (Key Performance Indicators) benchmarks.
- Coach staff on performance and professional development holding all employees to the highest standards of operational excellence.
- Lead weekly meetings with clinic staff to ensure goal achievement, continuous training and franchise consistency.
- Utilizing a “hands on“ approach in upholding company policies and standards regarding clinic operations, cleanliness and staff duties.
- Pay close attention to detail, be well organized, be able to multitask, prioritize responsibilities and have the flexibility to work a variety of roles to ensure the job is done in a timely manner.
- Identifies any issues or problems regarding clinical / operational policies, service levels rendered or personnel; develop and implement any appropriate corrections, adjustments and solutions
- Always thinking on a “Proactive” vs “Reactive” level
