Position Overview:
The Regional Manager plays a critical leadership role, overseeing multiple offices to ensure consistency in operations, financial performance, and patient satisfaction. This position will work closely with Office Managers, Dentists, and Corporate Leadership to implement best practices, optimize workflows, and maintain compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong business acumen, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to lead multiple teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership
- Oversee day-to-day operations across four dental offices, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards.
- Support Office Managers in optimizing patient scheduling, treatment coordination, and workflow management.
- Conduct regular office visits to assess performance, provide guidance, and implement improvements.
Staffing & Training
- Partner with Office Managers to recruit, onboard, and retain top talent.
- Develop and execute training programs to enhance team performance and professional growth.
- Foster a positive, collaborative work environment that aligns with the company’s core values.
Financial & Business Management
- Monitor financial performance, including revenue growth, collections, and profitability for each office.
- Collaborate with the Finance Team to analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement cost-effective solutions.
- Ensure offices are meeting budgetary goals and assist in financial planning for future growth.
Patient Experience & Compliance
- Maintain high standards of patient care and satisfaction through streamlined processes and exceptional service.
- Ensure all locations adhere to regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, OSHA, and state dental board regulations.
- Implement quality assurance initiatives to uphold the highest level of clinical and administrative excellence.
Performance & Project Management
- Drive initiatives that enhance productivity, employee engagement, and overall practice success.
- Analyze trends in patient flow, case acceptance, and operational challenges to recommend improvements.
- Lead special projects aimed at expanding service offerings and enhancing patient experience.
Performance Metrics:
- Consistently meet or exceed financial and operational targets.
- Maintain high patient satisfaction and retention rates.
- Ensure staff engagement and compliance with training programs.
- Drive revenue growth through strategic business initiatives.
Position Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2-4 years in multi-location management within the dental, healthcare, or service industry.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and develop teams, drive performance, and foster a collaborative culture.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of dental office operations, insurance processes, and patient financing.
- Technology Skills: Proficiency with practice management software, Google Drive, and spreadsheet applications.
- Flexibility: Ability to travel between office locations regularly and participate in company-wide training sessions and leadership meetings.
- Training Commitment: Initial 2-4 weeks of onboarding.
