A mid-size, highly respected B2B media corporation with a huge passion for all things retail. They have an array of print and digital media brand solutions, as well as awards evenings, bespoke research, and experiential opportunities.

The Role of Account Manager

As Account Manager, you will be looking after 30-40 mid-size FMCG clients (e.g., Redbull, Starbucks), selling them multiplatform advertising solutions across several print and digital brands serving different parts of the retail sector. In addition to selling advertising, you will also discuss event sponsorship and bespoke research solutions.

This is very much a relationship-based sell as your clients are regular advertisers. Your focus will therefore be on strengthening those relationships, as well as retaining and growing their annual advertising / sponsorship spend.

You will work from home 2 days a week, with the other 3 days reserved for either client meetings or office-based working.

Requirements of this Account Manager position

• 2 years B2B multiplatform advertising sales experience
• Strong account management experience
• Good relationship builder
• Stable career history
• Outgoing, passionate, and articulate
• Happy to work for a smaller company
