Hybrid Flexibility
After completing your 90-day training in our Williamsville, NY office, you’ll have opportunity to transition to a hybrid schedule—combining the energy of in-office collaboration with the comfort of remote work. Weekend shifts are exclusively remote.
As a Customer Support Representative, you will manage incoming calls and emails, process legal and obituary notices, format and proofread content, assist customers with advertising orders, provide product information, and address any customer inquiries or concerns in an efficient manner.
Ideal candidates can easily prioritize and complete work accurately while consistently meeting deadlines, demonstrate patience and empathy, and effectively communicate both internally and externally. We rely on our team to engage with our valued customers in a professional manner, proactively addressing their questions and concerns with a helpful and friendly approach.
Responsibilities Include:
- Responding to incoming calls and emails.
- Assist with processing advertising orders and notices.
- Proofread all work and reply to customers in a timely fashion.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts.
- Adhere to various guidelines, deadlines, and workflow processes.
- Provide a great customer experience by addressing all the customer's needs in a courteous and friendly manner.

Full-Time Availability
We’re hiring for full-time positions. Candidates must be available between 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM (Monday through Sunday). While you won’t work all seven days, your schedule will fall within those hours.
Compensation
The base pay for this role is $15.75 - $16.00/hour, plus a commission structure that reflects your performance and productivity.
