What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Support Representative position at SPECTRUM?
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Field Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for installing and repairing services for residential customers, educating them on proper use of their Spectrum services and equipment, and performing basic to complex installations, disconnects, downgrades, and upgrades.
