Job Profile
Media Venue seeks an experienced and resourceful individual to manage and coordinate our clients' marketing needs. The client services specialist will manage the transition from sales to service, ensuring that new and existing clients are set up for success. In this role, you will work closely with different team members within our organization, vendors, and customers. Part of your responsibility will be fostering strong client relationships, assisting the clients with their marketing initiatives, and driving satisfaction. A focus on facets of client interaction, from technical support to account management, has a pivotal role in the success and growth of the organization.
To be successful in this role, you must have superb communication skills and a polite and professional disposition. Crucial skills for this role are analytical and problem-solving, creative marketing solutions across multimedia channels, strong written and oral communication, critical thinking, time management, active learning, organization, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities and Requirements
- Collaborate with senior management to align client needs with overall business goals
- Assist with client account management, including updates and maintenance
- Monitor current campaigns and work with the media team on traffic scheduling, campaign adjustments and creative changes
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Digital Marketing to assist with digital campaign placement and platform management
- Build and maintain effective relationships with clients and media partners
- Research relevant to industries related to clients’ needs
- Communicate pre- and post-campaign information to clients
- Approves billing invoices and works closely with accounting to make sure invoices are sent to vendors and clients in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (Communications, Marketing, Business or Related Field)
- Experience in Customer relationship management
- Excellent project and time management skills
- Strong communication skills – verbal and written communication
- Strong interpersonal skills – patience, problem-solving, and professionalism
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Adobe Creative Cloud & Canva experience
- Willingness to learn about marketing and media buying (if no previous knowledge)
- This position is in-person and located in Louisville, KY
