THE JOB
As a Creative Director, Copywriter, you will help to shape the future of Thesis Agency by leading groundbreaking campaigns and crafting transformative brand strategies for top-tier consumer brands. You'll oversee the creative process from ideation to execution, spearhead multidimensional campaigns, and mentor a talented team of creatives. With your expertise, you'll push boundaries in experiential design, storytelling, and omnichannel brand experiences.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL :
Set the creative vision and ensure all work meets the highest standards.
Lead the end-to-end process for multidimensional campaigns spanning experiential, AR, brand storytelling, and more.
Partner with strategy teams to translate insights into culturally relevant, consumer-driven work.
Build a culture of collaboration and innovation by mentoring and guiding creative teams.
AS FOR EXPERIENCE, YOU NEED :
Fluency in both verbal and visual languages.
Expertise in omnichannel campaigns, brand storytelling, and high-impact pitches.
