Qualifications :
- The ability to build relationships, confidence & trust with customers
- Conducting in-home design consultations to identify the right product to match the customer's personal style, functional needs, and budget
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Result driven and competitive
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and proof of insurance
- Experience in window treatments and / or interior design a plus or sales experience for other home improvement / design product lines
- Able to handle and transport materials and samples and sample books. The ability to lift up to 30 pounds is essential.
Responsibilities :
- Ability to comprehend needs of client and create estimates based on needs and budgets.
- Precisely measure, quote and document detailed specifications throughout the sales process.
- Forge close partnerships with the sales team, workroom, client services, and leadership to ensure seamless exceptional results.
- Taking ownership of your accounts to guarantee satisfaction and addressing any concerns that may arise.
