Requirements
What We're Looking For :
Help Desk Analyst : Experience in a technical support role with a strong understanding of computer systems and networks.Desktop Support : Proven experience fixing hardware / software issues and a knack for troubleshooting under pressure.Graphic Designers : A portfolio showcasing your design skills; proficiency in design software like Adobe Creative Suite.Excellent communication skills to translate technical jargon into user-friendly language.A positive attitude with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.Ability to work well in a team, as well as independently, in a fast-paced environment.Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A , Adobe Certified Expert) are a plus, but not mandatory!
