Position Purpose :
The Human Resources / Marketing Assistant will assist both the Human Resources and Marketing teams with essential administrative and clerical work by performing the following duties.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties : Assist with planning and executing internal firm events (meetings, recognition events, community outreach).Assist HR Generalist with new hire tasks relating to onboarding / offboarding.Assist with campus recruitment activities including job posting, resume tracking, and student communications.Proof and edit marketing materials for accuracy and brand consistency.Coordinate external firm-sponsored events and related communications.Maintain internal marketing team communicationsAssist with new client mailingsTrack and manage marketing and business development projects in Smartsheet.Enter and maintain CRM and Mailchimp data.Assist with seminar planning and preparation.Distribute and track post-event survey data.Schedule and manage internal meetings and events.Create reports on marketing and business development performance.Assist with social media and website contentMaintain content calendar for social media and marketing materials.Assist with budget management and tracking.
Qualifications :
Education : Minimum of an Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience :
Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, ability to learn- new technology.
