Maximus is seeking a Technology Director to provide expertise to a federal client in support of their mission critical systems in defense of our Homeland.
We are seeking an experienced Technology Director to join our team. Your role will involve overseeing all technology operations and evaluating them to ensure that they can accomplish the goals established by the enterprise and the client. You will also be involved in providing leadership for both short and long-term planning for all technological innovations, which includes but is not limited to visions, goals, modernizations, infrastructure, staffing, and others.

- Oversee customer service functions and staff daily to ensure that excellentcustomer service is provided to customers and stakeholders.
- Lead a team of cross-functional IT admins and engineers to develop, maintain, and execute key platform initiatives.
- Develop strategies to provide high availability, scalability, and security for the platform.
- Interact with different levels of external and internal customers, providingboth guidance and solutions.
- Manage the assigned team with technological advancements and industrybest-practices through training, quality assurance, conflict resolution,retrospectives, and others.
- Receive and analyze data forecasts; use key performance metrics todetermine the best resource allocation in support of goals andexpectations, adjust resource allocation accordingly to successfully andefficiently meet requirements of the company or the client.
- Maintain the overall system architecture, network design, data center operations, operating systems, and more. Implement best practices for system performance, reliability, and disaster recovery.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, government policies, and stakeholder expectations.
- Generate daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports based uponmanagement request.
- Plays an active role in day-to-day management of operations to beknowledgeable and aware of all issues, concerns, and requirements.
- Approve timesheets, develop team schedules, manage expectations, andcareer goals of the team, and any other assigned duties.

Pay Transparency
Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Additionally, Maximus provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience. An applicant's salary history will not be used in determining compensation. Maximus will comply with regulatory minimum wage rates and exempt salary thresholds in all instances.
