Senior Marketing Audit Response Specialist

Considering making an application for this job Check all the details in this job description, and then click on Apply.The Senior Marketing Audit Response Specialist is responsible for supporting the end-to-end audit response program for the Marketing team. This position is responsible for analyzing internal and external audit requests, planning, and developing an appropriate response strategy, compiling required information, researching account specific nuances, and proofing communication content.RESPONSIBILITIESCreates project plans with guidance from stakeholders, tracks and monitors results, prepares status reports, facilitates project meetings, escalates risks, and helps drive cross-functional audit projects to completion. Assists other project managers as needed during peak audit volumes.Creates written narratives and compiles supplemental information to address audit related inquiries, working with cross-functional stakeholders as needed. Assists with updating process documents to improve efficiency of future audits.Analyzes internal and external audit requests, researches previous response approaches, and aligns on an appropriate response strategy with key stakeholders.Coordinates with data teams to obtain required data points needed for audits and account level testing and reviews for accuracy.Pulls email, letter, and other communication copies and proofreads content to ensure it matches against expectations.Conducts detailed root cause analysis, identifies and investigates irregularities, and develops a complete understanding around all the nuances.Performs other duties, as assigned.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSEDUCATION :

Bachelor's

FIELD OF STUDY :

Finance, Accounting, Business, EconomicsEXPERIENCE : 3 years of relevant business experience in process or program managementKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER ATTRIBUTES : Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Excel, and VisioExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong problem-solving, deduction, and critical thinking skills with an ability to translate ambiguous asks into tangible outcomes.Strong attention to detail.Strong prioritization and project management skillsQUALIFICATIONSEDUCATION :

Master's or AdvancedEXPERIENCE : Experience with ADA, FCRA, FDCPA, EFTA, TCPA, GLBA, SCRA, UDAAP, particularly as applied to debt servicing and collections.Financial services experienceSQL querying experiencePrior success conducting external or internal audits.Prior project management experienceCERTIFICATION(S) :

PMP certification; Lean Six Sigma CertificationKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER ATTRIBUTES : Knowledge of compliance requirements, particularly as applied to debt servicing and collections.Background and experience with audit methodologies and techniques.Work cross-functionally with various departments and stakeholders.
