01 / 31 / 2025We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented SEO Program Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee key aspects of our SEO program, manage critical workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Technology, Creative, Legal / Compliance, and Analytics to drive organic growth and visibility. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in SEO best practices, content management, and local SEO strategy.In the RoleLoad and manage content updates using our CMS (Contentful).Lead and manage calls and agendas with key SEO vendors (e.g., Conductor, Chatmeter, Milestone).Maintain the content calendar, support editorial planning, and facilitate legal approvals for published content.Update and maintain branch addresses and local listings while supporting authority-building activities.Utilize SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Conductor, Google Analytics) to inform strategies, test initiatives, and track performance.Compile and deliver consistent reporting on organic performance and optimization progress.Answer general SEO questions, support training efforts, and help integrate SEO practices across teams.Assist with quarterly technical audits and provide basic guidance on schema and other technical SEO best practices.RequirementsBachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience.2-3 years of proven experience in SEO program management or a related role.Strong understanding of SEO best practices, including local SEO, schema, and technical audits.Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO platforms (e.g., Conductor).Excellent organizational and project management skills.2-3 years of managing vendor relationships and cross-functional collaboration.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Preferred : Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., Contentful)Knowledge of legal content management and approval processesFamiliarity with tools like Workfront for project managementLocation : Baltimore, MD; Wilmington, DETarget base salary range is $60,000 - $80,000, which is based on various factors including skills and work experience.
