Job Description :

As a Consultant supporting our Federal government client, you will work as part of an innovative team to research, prepare, and deliver high-quality solutions. You will be trusted to complete tasks independently, begin leading others in completing tasks, and contribute to the overall team effort to solve challenging problems for the benefit of our customers.

The successful candidate will have the ability to : Communicate processes, strategies and outcomes with executives and stakeholdersDevelop and publish business proposalsManage internal and external communicationsLeverage analytics and reports to determine effectiveness and seek continual improvements of marketing and communication initiativesAcquire and maintain a detailed knowledge of the company's policies, principles, and strategies, and keep up-to-date with relevant developments.Oversee communication initiatives, including handling program or project coordination and managing organizational transitions

Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in business management, communications, public relations, journalism, or related discipline3 years of relevant, professional experienceExperience creating and implementing a communications strategyCurious and open-minded approach to workThrive in a continuous Build-Measure-Learn cycleEngage with technology-with comfort and ease (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, Monday, Slack, etc.)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance

Preferred Qualifications : Knowledge of Human-Centered Design, design thinking, and / or service design backgroundExperience consulting for the Federal government, specifically the VA

Job Location and Travel Expectations : This position is remote. Some travel (Some meetings will be conducted on-site with customers in Washington, D.C.
