- This is a remote role but you must reside in the state of Michigan.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and serve as the primary point of contact for all digital advertising needs to ensure client satisfaction
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets, conduct market research to identify potential clients and generate leads
- Oversee the execution of digital advertising campaigns, including display, social media, email marketing, and other online marketing strategies; ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client expectations
- Understand client business goals and provide strategic advice on digital marketing solution, present and explain the benefits of our digital products to clients
- Monitor campaign performance and provide clients with detailed reports and insights; use analytics to optimize campaign performance and recommend improvements
- Work closely with internal teams, including creative, technical, and production, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns; coordinate with other departments to deliver integrated marketing solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape and use this knowledge to educate clients and drive innovative solutions
- Maintain sales activities and client interactions in pipeline
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
- 3 years of experience in digital sales, account management, or a related field, preferably within a media company
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, display advertising, and email marketing
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in CRM software and Google Docs
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not necessary
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
