- Working in and overseeing the mid-cycle portion of the revenue cycle, working in coding & HIM primarily
- Minimum of seven (7) years of progressive experience including director level responsibility in a complex healthcare organization
- Exceptional business acumen including experience in contracting or group purchasing
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for written, verbal, presentation, and computer communication
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Previous experience working in a large integrated health system. Change management experience
- Mid-cycle experience
- Master’s degree in business or health related field is strongly preferred
- Experience with leading integration or other large transformation projects
- Coding experience
- Broader revenue cycle experience
