Job Description
The Digital Programmatic Strategist manages and optimizes programmatic campaigns across various platforms from planning to execution. The ideal candidate has experience with DSPs, SSPs, data partners, and ad tech solutions, along with a passion for staying ahead of digital advertising trends. This role involves collaboration with teams to identify opportunities and drive digital strategies forward.
Job Responsibilities :
- Oversee programmatic campaigns across video, CTV, streaming audio, podcasts, display, etc.
- Manage campaigns from planning, activation, optimization, and reporting.
- Ensure accurate campaign setup and QA checks.
- Collaborate with Ad Operations for tracking tags and brand safety.
- Analyze data and optimize campaigns for better performance.
- Develop insights and present performance updates to clients.
- Seek new partnerships aligned with client goals.
- Educate internal and external teams on programmatic capabilities.
- Conduct daily pacing checks and troubleshoot issues.
Skills & Experience
Our office is located in Sandy Hook, Connecticut. While we maintain a highly flexible work culture for all, our local candidates are encouraged to use our updated office space in Sandy Hook, CT which allows you to take part in our office culture and team development that naturally occurs in office. In addition, if you need to take a break from work, there is a beautiful waterfall and serene stream just outside our front door. Candidates from outside the local area who are able to work during our core East Coast office hours, 8 : 30am-5 : 30pm Eastern , are encouraged to apply. Our team working remotely is invited to the office a minimum of two times per year for our Summer Party and again for the Holiday Party. Other team or client meetings may be scheduled at other times during the year.
