Job description
- Perform trade-off analysis on various digital algorithms and techniques to compensate RF impairments and to simplify RF hardware design requirements for wireless communications.
- Design and implement algorithms to compensate RF impairments, further simplify algorithms for mass production chips.
- Explore potential research directions for future wireless communication products, such as using new emerging techniques to improve transceiver performance under cost constraint.
- Be able to work efficiently with multi-site cooperations, and attend meetings across time zones (for example, Taiwan and UK).

Salary range : $125,000- $190,000
Employee may be eligible for performance bonus, short and long term incentive programs. Actual total compensation will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience and qualifications.
