What are the responsibilities and job description for the (Sr) Account Manager position at MediaTek?
This position will assist in managing and overseeing all elements of Tier-One PC OEM Account Management, Compute segment sales, and GTM functions for a large strategic customer account
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets
- Create and communicate sales goals and ensure C-level executives are informed on the progress of those goals
- Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs
- Understand Commercial and Consumer PC-specific trends and landscapes
- Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals
- Have established relationships and extensive experience working with PC OEM's and ecosystem partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of Sales, Business Development, Engineering, or related work experience
- Proven experience in semiconductor and/or software sales to Tier-one global OEM accounts
- Strong technical and financial acumen with excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent listening and analytical skills, a consultative selling approach, and highly motivated
- Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Proven track record of working as part of a larger team
