Job Description
MediaTek USA is looking for talents who have solid experience in project leading and management for consumer projects. The candidate is expected to have software integration experience on embedded systems, knowledge of the semiconductor industry and proven project management skills.
The candidate will play a key role for driving cooperation between customer and MediaTek teams. Identifying critical points of the project and mitigating the risk/gap are the key capabilities of this position.

Role And Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the product schedule and plan
- Work with both customer teams and MediaTek teams across the world to lead the project from engagement to mass production
- Bridge communication between customers and MediaTek teams
- Keep track of project tasks, risks, milestones and allocation of resources to stakeholders.
- Coordinate software and hardware teams to evaluate and support project requirements
- Plan tasks with both project and engineering consideration
- Hands-on for basic issue triaging and reproducing to have better understanding of the issue and mitigate the gap efficiently
Salary range: $175,000 - $230,000
Employee may be eligible for performance bonus, short and long term incentive programs. Actual total compensation will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience and qualifications. Requirement
- Master degree in Electric Engineering or Computer Science
- 5 years of experience of software development on embedded systems
- 3 years of Program Management experience in the semiconductor industry
- Experience of customer interactions and business activities
- Experience of software version control tools, e.g. Gerrit and GIT
- Experience of issue tracking systems, e.g. WebCQ and JIRA
Preferred Qualifications
- Engineering background for ISP, Image Quality or AI domain knowledge is preferred
- Solid issue solving methodology and leadership
- Effective and strategic communication/negotiation skills
- Strong emotion and stress management
- Strong mindset and proactive attitude for success
Salary : $175,000 - $230,000
