You will be responsible for managing and leading cross-functional teams for new technology development, pioneering architectures, circuits, algorithms, and systems that are ahead of academic research and may ramp to production within a few years. Focus areas include energy-efficient RF/analog/mixed-signal circuits for wireless and wireline communication systems as well as for novel computing systems.

- Explore technology and market opportunities for the next 3-10 years.
- Proficient in technical pitches to attain buy-in from both internal and external customers.
- Manage and lead cross-functional teams for new technology development.
- Pioneer architectures, circuits, algorithms, and systems that are ahead of academic research and may ramp to production within a few years.
- Set and maintain detailed technical specifications and schedules.
