Position Overview
IMAIGE is seeking a Project Manager with strong business analyst background with leanings towards product management to lead the development and evolution of our cutting edge AI technology and Application. Core to this position is developing a deep understanding of the product, its underlying features, flow and future vision and conveying that vision thru detailed engineering level requirements and design to the development team, ensuring an efficient and on time development cycle. The PM will work closely with the Product & Business Owner and sales team to develop a product roadmap that aligns with customer needs. This role will employ project management controls while leveraging product management methodologies, inclusive or prioritized customer input, to manage product development across the software development lifecycle.

Position Overview

Responsibilities
- Leverage Project Management controls and processes to ensure effective communication and management of development tasks and the SDLC
- Ensure a consistent Sprint and Release cycle using a preferred agile methodology, with a focus on the end user experience and usability
- Manage an efficient design process to ensure detailed insights for UI implementation, aligned with development plan/timeline
- Creation of engineering level requirements, inclusive of visuals and designs to ensure complete understanding and effective implementation by the development team
- Manage a tight and iterative development process that gets to Functional and then quickly iterates to done with the developer and Product & Business Owner
- Manage product development, development ticketing, budget, and reporting
- Monitor product testing and validation resources to ensure task completion and quality
- Gather feedback from users and sales to determine new software priorities for the company
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap.
- Serve as the main point of communication between sales, development, and the executive team for product updates
- Act as the primary advocate for product quality and requirements within the organization
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience with 5 years in project management with strong requirements and business analyst skills, working in a software development environment
- 1 - 2 years experience working as a technical product manager or in a technical product development environment
- Strong general computer knowledge and cloud/mobile development experience
- Strong understanding of project management controls and methodologies, particularly agile practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, excellent meeting management skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with Product and Project management software and workflows, Clickup/BitBUcket/Git/MS Project/Etc.
- Experience in collecting and analyzing user feedback to prioritize software features and enhancements a plus
- Experience with the QA process and testing software products; experience managing QA a plus
- Previous experience in developing product roadmaps
- Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets and provide executive level reporting
- Skill in creating compelling product descriptions and messaging to drive product adoption a plus
- Strong leadership skills to serve as the central communication point for product updates and progress.
