Senior Care Advocate
Location: Lynwood, CA
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Employment Type: Temp to Hire
Responsibilities:
- Assist the PACE IDT in coordinating essential PACE services to ensure participant satisfaction and retention through high-quality customer service.
- Address participant inquiries, service requests, eligibility issues (Medi-Cal, Medicare), complaints, and appeals.
- Document and process participant incident reports, involuntary disenrollments, and facilitate satisfaction surveys and participant experience activities.
- Provide linkage and referrals to community resources for participants and their families as needed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve program and organizational goals while adhering to State and Federal regulations.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years’ customer service experience required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Knowledge of Medi-Cal, Medicare, and Social Security benefits required; PACE program knowledge preferred.
- BLS/First Aid certification required.
- Experience in PACE operations, managed care, or healthcare settings serving the frail or elderly preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
