We are seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to work for an out-patient community based clinic setting. The provider would be working collaboratively with Physicians, Nurse Practitioners and Therapists as part of an interdisciplinary team. Excellent management team and an opportunity to grow within the practice setting.
PRACTICE INFORMATION
Employed structure offering an ACO Program focused on the alignment of quality of care delivered.
Outpatient-only model
Integrated clinic adjacent to the hospital, which offers immediate access between facilities.
Normal clinic hours are Monday through Friday, 8 : 30 am to 4 : 30 pm
Nurse Practitioners in Behavioral Health are averaging 10 to 12 patients per day.
2 Dedicated Exam rooms, each BH provider has 2 remodeled designated exam rooms.
FINANCIAL PACKAGE
Annual base salary of $,- , commensurate with experience
Work RVU production bonus; annual threshold of 2, work RVU and paid $44.56
