WHAT YOU WILL DO
Reporting to our Sr. Director of Marketing Operations, you’ll lead a dedicated team focused on ensuring operational efficiency and seamless execution of MASA’s seminar program. Acting as the critical liaison between the venue specialist team and corporate stakeholders, you’ll oversee venue management, streamline communication, and implement strategies that enhance team performance.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team: Hire, train, and coach Venue Specialists to deliver exceptional results.
- Drive Operational Excellence: Analyze data, improve processes, and establish performance metrics to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure Seamless Seminar Planning: Oversee venue database management, menu distribution, and coordination with State Directors.
- Foster Collaboration: Act as the primary contact for corporate marketing and sales teams to align strategies and tools.
- Manage Seminar Logistics: Monitor RSVP and seminar capacity to prevent overbooking and address venue availability issues promptly.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in operations, event planning, or a related field.
- Experience in coaching and developing team members to maximize potential and performance.
- Proficiency in using data-driven approaches to improve team outcomes.
- Leadership & Team Management: Proven ability to motivate, coach, and inspire teams toward common goals.
- Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset to identify and implement process improvements.
- Communication Excellence: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: High standards for accuracy in monitoring performance and data.
- Time Management: Exceptional ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
