WHAT YOU WILL DO
Reporting to our Human Resources Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes — from setting up workspaces to sending surveys and assisting transitions to our HR Coordinator.
- Support HR programs and events — maintain tracking spreadsheets, assist with engagement initiatives, and help make our onsite and virtual events shine.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date HR records — keep our data clean and compliant, and maintain candidate records in our systems
- Assist with recruiting activities — schedule interviews, coordinate career fairs and open houses, prepare interview materials, and communicate with candidates and hiring teams.
- Support recruiting operations — post job ads, gather data for talent acquisition reporting, assist with candidate communications, send surveys, and draft offer letters.
- Jump in on other HR projects and administrative tasks as needed!
WHAT YOU BRING
- High school diploma or GED required.
- At least 1 year of experience in administrative support, with solid computer skills and attention to detail.
- Prior HR or recruiting experience (internship, assistant, or coordinator role) is a plus!
- Experience with ATS/HRIS systems is helpful but not required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel (basic formulas), Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, and comfort in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
