WHAT YOU WILL DO
Reporting to our Director of Application Engineering and Development, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, provide technical leadership, and manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch (and beyond). Your work will directly contribute to MASA’s mission of delivering outstanding solutions that make a difference.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Drive Product Strategy & Roadmap: define and own the long-term vision and roadmap, align product strategy with business goals, and translate market trends and customer feedback into actionable plans.
- Provide Technical Leadership: act as a technical subject matter expert, guide architecture and design decisions, and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Lead Product Development: manage product lifecycles from concept to end-of-life, maintain clear and actionable product backlogs, and oversee launches with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ensure Excellence in Product Launch & Performance: develop go-to-market strategies, monitor performance metrics, and iterate based on insights and customer feedback.
- Foster Cross-functional Collaboration: work hand-in-hand with senior leadership, engineering, compliance, operations, sales, QA, and support teams to bring products to life successfully.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant industry experience in technical product management.
- Strong technical proficiency in software development and product architecture.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and robust project management skills.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.
- Sharp analytical skills for assessing metrics and driving data-informed decisions.
- A passion for delivering best-in-class products and improving customer experience.
