Responsibilities include providing a high level of customer service to patients in a timely manner. Schedule, reschedule and assist patients with there appointments. Manage, organize and maintain clinic schedule along with routine patient encounters.
Maintains a positive attitude with patients, family members, visitors and fellow team members.

Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of the patient encounter – verify or update patients’ name, address, phone number and health coverage and direct patients to appropriate clinic locations as indicated by the schedule.
- Use computer to generate patient fee tickets, attach tickets to patients’ charts and deliver charts to designated location prior to patients’ visits.
- Answer incoming telephone calls.
- Perform any other related duties as required and/or assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 7 – 11 months related experience and/or training
Salary : $13 - $15
