Patient Care Coordinator – Boutique Medical Practice
Full-Time | 30–32 hours/week | 4-Day Work Week

Our private medical weight loss and aesthetic medicine practice is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to join our close-knit team. You will be the first and last impression patients have when visiting our practice. The right candidate will bring poise, kindness, and a sense of calm to every patient interaction—while maintaining high standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet patients and create a welcoming, organized front office experience
- Answer phone calls using a friendly, confident tone, following scripts to assist new patient inquiries and schedule appointments
- Confidently guide phone conversations with prospective patients, keeping the interaction focused and goal-oriented with the ultimate objective of booking an appointment
- Check patients in and out, collect payments, and manage end-of-day reconciliation (Z-out)
- Accurately enter and verify patient and payment information in our EMR system
- Coordinate follow-up appointments and communicate effectively with providers
- Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and safeguard patient privacy at all times
- Occasionally assist clinical staff by rooming patients, taking vital signs, and administering basic injections (training provided)

Requirements
- Strong phone and interpersonal skills—professional, articulate, and kind
- Comfortable learning new technology (EMR/CRM systems, payment processing)
- Understanding of HIPAA (we’ll train if needed)
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Reliable transportation; must be available for both locations as needed
- Associate’s degree or medical assistant/phlebotomy/EMT certification a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.15 - $19.45 per hour
