Job Summary

Are you a Radiology student looking for an opportunity to begin your career, while in school?

A Radiology Assistant responsibilities include work performed in the Imaging Department such as checking in patients, scheduling exams, transporting patients, positioning patients, entering information in related systems, checking in and out of films, burning CD's, printing reports and other duties as necessary.

Schedule: Nights, Weekends

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Less than 2 years experience as patient care assistant or unit secretary in hospital based setting preferred
• Students enrolled in a Radiology Technology program, highly preferred
• BCLS - Basic Life Support within 30 days of hire required
• CPCA - Certified Patient Care Assistant preferred
• CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant preferred
