We are seeking a Laboratory Assistant to join our dynamic team at MEDICAL CENTER LLP. This role is essential in supporting our clinical laboratory operations, ensuring accurate testing and patient care. The Laboratory Assistant will work closely with healthcare professionals to provide critical laboratory support.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of laboratory samples.
- Perform blood sampling and venipuncture procedures accurately.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
- Document and record test results in accordance with protocols.
- Support patient care by providing information and assistance as needed.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure efficient workflow within the laboratory.
Requirements
- Experience in laboratory techniques and procedures is preferred.
- Knowledge of phlebotomy practices and blood sampling techniques.
- Strong understanding of clinical laboratory operations.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and staff.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
