Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, ensuring proper phone etiquette while directing calls to appropriate personnel.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office organization.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for staff members.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Maintain office supplies inventory.
- Handle clerical duties including preparing correspondence and reports.
- Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable at all times.
Qualifications
- Strong clerical skills with proficiency in data entry and office management.
