**Job Summary**
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Clinical Nurse Coordinator RN Supervisor to join our team at Medical City Dallas. As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient-centered care and coordinating all functions in the unit.
In partnership with our management team, you will monitor and evaluate nursing care in accordance with established policies, serving as a resource for staff and supporting an unparalleled patient experience.
You will partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high-quality patient-centered care. Additionally, you will provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement, and assist with staff scheduling.
To qualify for this role, you must have a minimum of one year's experience as an RN in a high-acuity PCU or critical care unit.
