Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our team at Medical City Dallas. This role will provide exceptional patient care and coordinate all functions in the unit, working closely with the management team to evaluate and improve nursing care.
The ideal candidate will have experience in acute care progressive care RN settings, charge RN experience, and be able to partner with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient-centered care.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver high-quality patient-centered care in partnership with a multidisciplinary team
- Assist with admission and discharge processes
- Partner with subject matter experts and leadership team to support improved outcomes and service
- Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement
- Assist with staff scheduling
Requirements
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Registered Nurse with BSN degree required
- Minimum 1 year Acute Care Progressive Care RN experience required
- Charge RN experience required
