About the Role:
At Medical City Dallas, we are seeking a Respiratory Therapy Education Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for creating positive patient interactions.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in respiratory care or a related field, with three or more years of direct patient care experience. They should be credentialed as an RRT and licensed by the Texas Department of Health as a Respiratory Care Practitioner. Additionally, they must have current American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS provider certification.

In this role, you will coordinate and/or perform staff development functions, including department-specific needs assessment, goal setting, implementation methods, evaluation measures, and instruction of education activities. You will also provide education support for staff, with emphasis given to assigned service line development.
