Job Summary and Qualifications
Responsible for providing quality patient care by planning, organizing, controlling, and coordinating department activities within the frame work of the existing policies, aims, and objectives of Medical City North Hills. The Medical City North Hills Director of Critical Care can expect to care for adult patients, including the adult through geriatric.
What qualifications you will need:
Education:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- Master’s degree in nursing or related field, or other related post graduate degree preferred or currently enrolled in Master’s program upon hire.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years acute care nursing experience.
- Prior experience in nursing management level leadership required.
License/Certifications:
- Current license to practice nursing. Texas State RN license or compact license is accepted.
- Current ACLS and BCLS (AHA) certification from AHA or ARC.
Medical City North Hills is a 165 bed hospital located in the heart of northeast Tarrant County. Our campus has a women's imaging center and geriatric behavioral unit.
