Job Summary:
MES is gearing up for a dynamic acceleration in 2025 - we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical Device Sales Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new device sales by actively prospecting, cold calling and identifying new business opportunities. This role involves developing and executing effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand our market presence.
This role involves close collaboration with our sales, service, and support teams to ensure the highest levels of client satisfaction and retention. Join our team to lead and innovate in the field of automated semen analysis solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and identify new sales opportunities.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive new device sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements with clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing and support teams to ensure seamless product delivery and client satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
- Negotiate and finalize device sales agreements with clients.
- Establish and nurture enduring, robust customer relationships, becoming a trusted partner for their ongoing needs serving as the primary contact for a portfolio of customers, supported by a team of MES professionals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry, with a distinct bonus for experience in the fertility industry.
- Strong understanding of medical device sales and the healthcare market.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficient in digital communication, including email, Zoom, and phone sales and support.
- In-depth knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce, FreshWorks, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Monday.com, Loom, and Slack.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive, customer-focused approach with excellent follow-up, planning and strategy development.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding objectives.

Pay Details:
Base Pay is $65,000/year monthly commission, allowing you to earn $88k right out of the gate, with the opportunity of making well over $100k /year. This position offers an uncapped commission structure, providing the opportunity to significantly increase your earnings.
