Position: Manufacturing Technician-Contract located in Minnesota
Duration: 4 to 6 months
Medical Engineering Consultants (MEC) support medical device and pharmaceutical companies to be more efficient and productive by providing resources, knowledge, and expertise to augment and supplement their work. Our vision is to closely align our clients’ needs with the best resources available in the marketplace. We take proactive, preventative, and corrective action and create a roadmap for ongoing future improvement by identifying, integrating, and executing sustainable solutions that validate processes, ensure fully compliant quality systems, and close gaps between current and FDA expected stages.
MEC offers companies short or long-term support — from high-end leaders, managers and consultants to skill-set Engineering staff and SME’s (Subject Matter Experts).

Client has expressed an interest for a Manufacturing technician level resource to perform machine preventive maintenance,

This is not a desk job but onsite in clean room.

Responsibilities
- Individual should have experience in the following areas;
- High mechanical aptitude
- BMRAM (Blue mountain) maintenance management software
- Strong technical background,
- Experience working with tools and machines
- Machine diagnostic skills (failure root cause identification ability)
- Work on quality system, Windchill, My-Learning
- Procedure improvement updates, training documentation, red line of documentation
- Safety and Preventative Maintenance
- Laser and spot welding experience - stainless steel and other metals
