Employment type : 6 Month contract
Are you a skilled Manufacturing Engineer with a passion for driving innovation, optimizing processes, and leading impactful projects? We’re looking for a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join our team and play a pivotal role in enhancing production efficiencies and fostering continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do :
Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance quality, productivity, and reduce costs.
Troubleshoot, develop, and implement cutting-edge manufacturing processes and tools.
Optimize layouts, material flow, and utilize lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiencies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products, implement changes, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Prepare detailed engineering documentation and visual controls to streamline production.
What We’re Looking For :
Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience).
Experience : 2 years in a manufacturing capacity (regulated industry experience preferred).
Technical Skills : Proficiency in SolidWorks , Microsoft Office, and project management. SolidWorks , Microso
Knowledge : Lean Manufacturing, statistical tools, and a strong understanding of quality systems (e.g., FDA 21 CFR Part 820, ISO 13485 ).
Soft Skills : Adaptability, entrepreneurial spirit, and excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
