Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) / Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 (dependent on education and experience)
Schedule: Monday - Friday; 40-hour work week
Suburban Pediatrics (a division of the Medical Health Associates of WNY) is looking for a dedicated and compassionate LMHC or LCSW to join our team and provide mental health services to pediatric, adolescent, and young adult patients and their families. As an integral part of our healthcare team, you'll work closely with physicians and healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive care in a trusted office setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group therapy to pediatric, adolescent, and young adult patients and their families
- Develop and implement customized treatment plans in collaboration with healthcare providers
- Guide families through the therapeutic process and offer support in managing challenges
- Advocate for patients and connect them with vital resources and services
- Assist in early intervention and prevention through focused mental health care
Requirements
- Master's degree in social work, Counseling, or related field
- Requires an independent licensure in New York (LCSW, LCSW-R, or LMHC)
- 3,000 hours of post-degree clinical experience
- At least 1 year of experience working in a clinical setting
