This position comes with a typical schedule of 8 : 30 am-5 : 30 pm, Monday-Friday. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MEMBER SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE
You will be assisting our clinics by answering phone calls from our patients in our customer services environment. You will be scheduling appointments or notating messages directly from our patients working along a team of individuals.
Requirements :
We require our candidates to possess these minimum qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of experience in a call center (medical field preferred)
- Bilingual (English / Spanish)
